"Not pet friendly. But pets are allowed. After several employees of the hotel warned me that “my dog was not allowed to leave the room during our stay”, I went to the reception to clarify. She confirmed that the employees were mistaken and that he could leave the room to relieve himself, but only if he was basically out of sight of any potential guests to come in contact with him. She suggested I use the service entrance. Our dog is part of our family, we don’t go through the trouble of traveling with him so we can abandon him in the hotel room, or sneak him through service entrances. Very nice (beautiful) hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing. $30 suntan lotion in the store and the food is also very expensive. Staff could be more friendly. NOT PET FRIENDLY "

"The villa is beautiful and was the perfect home for our two families (9 people) to stay while visiting Punta Cana. We felt very safe in the gated community and all amenities are within minutes of the home by walking or driving. "

One of the bedrooms had a mildew smell but the owner was made aware and stated they will have it fixed. Overall the location was perfect as well as the price. "
