"The place was very tropical and was kept up well. The down side was the food was mediocre and the restaurants were sometimes too packed to be seated. The room service was also very limited and hardly any selection. Also they make you pay for using the pool tables. 20$ for 9 games. The grandkids loved the water park. All in all it was a nice resort but wouldn't stay there again. "

"We enjoyed most of our stay by the main pool. We liked that it was where the main action was. Our family participated in many of the activities that included dancing the merengue, painting, pottery making, and rum tasting. The activities crew was great at what they did. They chose the right individuals for those positions. They were outgoing and knew how to work the crowd. The pool was nice. We decided to wait on it one day as they were still cleaning it and we chose to walk the beach instead. The bartenders by the pool were nice. We never had an issue getting chairs by the pool. Each day, we got our spots by 7:30am. We also tried the Level pool the last day. That was also very nice, but we preferred to be at the main pool. One day we did make our way over to the Kidsdom pool. The kids enjoyed the water slides. They also enjoyed Domingo....they thought he was funny!!"

"Some staff was great while others were not friendly. Room was clean but requesting services ( like sheets for the sofa bed) took hours to get. Pools were great for kids and the beach was pretty but not enough chairs for everyone at the resort. "
