I thought the property was excellent, especially for the value. It was clear that it was an older property, and that it was remodeled, and for that reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score, but I would give it a near perfect score because it was clean, the staff was outstanding, the amenities were more than sufficient, the bed was comfortable, And overall it was a wonderful experience

we love staying at el Embajador , the hotel has some much charm and history, the staff is super professional and attentive what i suggest first, we need to control better when the hotel has functions which are many, please the amount of people attending exceeds the capacity of the venues and it creates for the attendees and guest not only the difficulty to maneuver but also a hazard for all and finally, the lobby is time to fix walls and furniture (keep in mind don't change the furniture style just replace them) carpets at the lobby must be change please overall what makes it so special is the staff will keep going back
