"I had a great experience here, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind whenever you asked for assistance. Be sure to ask for assistance. The only downfall I found was when eating at the restaurants which there are about 14, it was not clearly understood to either sit or wait for staff to greet and seat you. Also all tipping preferred in US dollars unless you come from another country then they don’t mind pesos, but if you’re coming from the US, that is the expectation. I would also recommend getting the VIP package because there are actually really good drinks there that are available to you. Unfortunately, if you don’t select that package and you go to any other bar outside of the VIP area you will be drinking, sugary drinks or anything else unless it shots will not provide you and enhanced experience if it’s what you’re looking for. "

"Great Resort Great Staff all around great for families would recommend the Diamond Club it does up the experience helps for an easy check in process and with the help of a butler for anything you would need along the way from setting up dinner reservations at the main restaurants to room service really anything is just message away. You do have your own area with pool beach access swim up bar and sit down area for lunch with the diamond club status. There’s 2 other main pools and hot tubs and a couple of kids pools that aren’t deep along with the lazy river that has a swim up bar plenty of chairs everywhere with umbrellas or over head shaded areas plenty of towels also. The resort is fairly spread out so alittle walking is necessary to get to a couple of the main restaurants and the main buffet Thats at the front of the resort but if you happen to have a room in a building towards the back they do have one restaurant in the middle and one at the back along with the ocean view restaurant. But during the day they have a food truck set up by the main pools and a sit down area with a small buffet right beside the lazy river. A Coffee shop/ ice cream is at the front of the resort so after dinner you can grab a dessert and coffee before the shows start different every night with nice sit down chairs all around. If you have kids and teens they have areas for them with plenty of activities during the day with plenty of activities for everyone thru out the rest of the resort. "

"Todo bien a excepción de la habitación que estaba un poquito deteriorada como por ejemplo la puerta tenía 2 grietas que de noche se podía ver hacia el interior de la habitación, me dijeron que me cambiarían de habitación desde el primer día que llegué, y me quedé esperando, nunca me cambiaron, aparte de eso todo excelente. VUELVO PARA AÑO NUEVO.☺️"
