「Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". 「The beach is beautiful. Our room came with a butler, but the butler didn't contact us until the 3rd day. We spent too much time trying to resolve the issues we had, which were their mis-communications or stuff didn't work. Hot tub didn't work twice and we had to wait for maintenance to fix the drain. The second butler we were assigned, Gladys was awesome. Asst Manager Julissa was nice and helpful in resolving the issues. We won't go back, but a beautiful beach. 」
