El Hotel, sus facilidades, comida, restaurantes y actividades fue excelente!! Sin embargo la habitación está deficiente, poca higiene, obsoletas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaban necesitan remodelación. Me cambiaron a tres habitaciones y tampoco funcionaba el aire.

Lo único malo fue que había muchos insectos llamados milpiés en mi habitación encontré uno en mi cama y varios en el piso debería controlar más eso la suerte solo dormí un día creo porque mi habitación estaba en el primer piso.La comida está muy buena y muchas actividades en la playa y el servicio no está mal lo único veo más atención a los extranjeros y deberían ser más parciales con todos.

Solo tengo 3 puntos a tocar : la piscina deberían tenerla más limpia . Un humidificador en los cuartos para q elimine el olor a humedad . Si es de adultos el hotel dejar la piscina más tarde ( contraten salvavidas para q no se ahoguen los q beben lol)

As long as you’re careful about what you choose to eat you’ll be fine. Avoid certain foods like seafood and meat or chicken you can tell is under-cooked. Room was nice, no problems. AC wasn’t working well one afternoon but they fixed it by night time it was working already. Steakhouse is the best restaurant get there early and eat there everyday if you can! Summer months the beach will have seaweed but it’s avoidable. All and all, my wife and I had a good experience.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our stay at this resort was awful from the start. The room smelled of mold and humidity, the A/C barely worked, and there were bugs everywhere — including visible mold in the bathroom. Everything was outdated, and housekeeping barely cleaned. When we asked for clean towels, we were told they ran out. The worst part: right after check-in, my daughter was stung by a wasp while lying on the bed. The resort’s response was pathetic. They claimed someone checked the room — but all they did was sweep up the dead wasp my husband had to kill. My husband and father were the ones who had to inspect the room themselves. We had to pay over $200 out-of-pocket for the on-site medic (who was great), and the resort didn’t even apologize or offer to cover the bill. On top of all that, we were constantly harassed to book excursions — even when just trying to get breakfast. Staff were friendly but clearly overworked and exhausted. This place was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

I would’ve given a solid 4 star however the cockroaches really were hard to deal with. After requesting the room be sprayed (which was done ASAP) it was a little better however it smelled so bad. We had two rooms 4013/4016 and both had issues with cockroaches. It made it hard to sleep well as we worried about them being in our bed. Next, the a la carte restaurants were good and enjoyed them. The Buffet was just ok. Better next door for more options but definitely loader and more crowded. The steakhouse and Italian are not open every night so be sure to ask so you can plan accordingly. There were 5 of us and three has not felt well for the last two days of vacation. One hasn’t eaten at all for three days. Not sure if it’s food poisoning or a belly bug. The people were super friendly and helpful. I felt safe and enjoyed being able to walk between the resorts. There are several people all over trying to sell excursions and timeshares so be prepared. Overall not a bad place however I doubt we’d go back mostly due to the cockroaches

Este hotel tiene un plus, lo cual es que te permite el acceso al Caribe Deluxe Punta Cana y al Tropical Deluxe Punta Cana, lo que te da una cobertura a diferente ambientes y amenidades en todos los hoteles. Lo recomiendo para una escapada con tu pareja. si vas en familia debes reservar diectamento en los demas hoteles. SUper

The FOOD AT THIS HOTEL SUCKS LIKE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT it. FOOD IS ALL LEFT UNCOVERED, MEAT IS RAW, it’s just the same food daily twisted and turned its horrible. Staff extremely inhospitable and mostly full of scammers in the area. The linen in the room stinks, terrible service.

The only thing we liked was that it was not that busy, but there is a reason why. The property is completely rundown, the cleaning staff unreliable, the pool was filthy every day, they will say they’ll complete a simple task (like bringing towels) and just never show up. They couldn’t even coordinate sending someone to get our suitcases when checking out despite given an hours notice of our departure. The shower flooded the bathroom every time because the door didn’t close properly. We never had enough towels despite telling them there are three of us staying. Two of us also got food poisoning from one of the restaurants and are barely able to fly home today. It was just disappointing all around, and it is NOT a five star, I’d say around 3 maximum.

Small, clean, plenty of chairs at beach and pool. No need for reservations at restaurants. Rooms are set to be no cooler than 75 degrees which can be a bit warm to sleep. We were able to relax. Not a party vibe which was fine. Not a luxury resort either. Basically a basic resort with nice people. Nothing outstanding.
