"This was our first time at Sanctuary Cap Cana and we loved it. This property is huge and everything is very well maintained. Our room was just fantastic and so comfortable. The pools and swim up bar were so inviting and friendly. If you get a chance get Kaila to set up your lounging area and Oscar to be your drink waiter. Both are superb and will take great care of you. Overall everyone was so friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be going back."
"Brand new hotel with a lot of potential, the hotel is the most beautiful I’ve seen in Dominican, the staff really give the extra mile to take good care of you. Is new and there are some things that are still missing: no pizza in any of the restaurants, staff is still a little bit fresh and learning how to navigate around but thise things are going to improve with time.

"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "
