"Dreams Dominicus La Romana was very disappointing!!! Trip started out okay… The hotel is definitely not as nice as Dreams Onyx but the weather was beautiful. Then the food poisoning began… We of course did not use the tap water, however, staggered throughout the week 9/10 of us vomiting/diarrhea. I am the lome survivor but I ate bread/butter and bottled water the entire trip. I felt nauseous the entire time and took lots of zofran. Other guests reported similar issues to ours. The hallway leading to my Preferred Club Swim out room smelled of sewage. Anytime we went to get our beach towels, none were to be found… Something is wrong here… Stay away until they can figure out the source of food contamination! "

"✨ Wonderful Stay at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus ✨ I absolutely loved my stay at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful architecture — it truly feels like a charming Caribbean village with so much character and warmth. The food was excellent with a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. One of my favorite parts of the resort was the unique garden — so lush, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. It really adds something special to the whole experience. The beach is stunning — soft sand, crystal-clear water, and definitely one of the best “blue ribbon” beaches I’ve seen. The Lighthouse Beach Bar is such a fun and relaxing spot to hang out, enjoy a drink, and take in the view. A huge thank you to the entertainment team! Mikey Way and Sexy Black were absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly talented dancers. They truly made the experience more fun and memorable. Also, special thanks to Miguel for his kindness and great service — it really made a difference. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend! 💙🌴"
