"They placed me in a room where they had construction going on, loud banging and drilling started at 6 in the morning, I couldn’t get any rest, went to tell them about it and was told the couldn’t get me another room until 4pm the next day, only good thing is they gave me a full refund or at least I have to wait and see for that but told me I have to leave the property immediately or pay $280 for a day pass, all my family was there and because they didn’t want to accommodate me I had to leave but who wants a room where they can’t get any rest, staff was very rude and acted like I wanted to leave but no I just wanted a different room where I could rest peacefully so for that reason I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there"

"This very prestigious resort provides many great things, the sevice is very good and the rooms are very clean and very spacious, the employees at the resort are very kind and friendly and attend to your needs very quickly, there are many food options and the employees working at the restaurants are very aware of any food allergies, you can truly make yourself home at this resort I definitely recommend if you are planning to travel with family and with small children."

"My stay at GR Solaris was amazing. The staff including pinto and many others went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, Room was exceptional every day and the cleaning staff was amazing! I would say more options for food. Only 1 breakfast buffet/option sometimes you had to wait in line but only 10 -15 minutes. Getting a Reservation wasn't easy was booked every time, but we were able to just walk in without an issue a few times. I would reccomend in this price category for sure! Beach is beautiful and pools fun and entertaining. At night they had Entertainment and the shows were very good! "

"Overall great stay for the price point! Bartenders and wait staff got to know you by name. Property was clean. Rooms slightly dated but clean. Food was average. Took three of our kids with us, the interconnecting room was perfect. Resort is on the small side, but this made it convenient to go back and forth to our rooms and have easy ability to have visual on our kids. We took pool float chairs and floated all day. 4 days was plenty. "
