プラヤ デル カルメンの五つ星ホテル

「My stay at resort was good. Staff great. Excellent staff as t the buffet made it knew what goods I couldn't eat. Great pick up and drop service to and from my room. I loved my room and swim out pool. But room had a little odor like mildew smell told staff they quickly changed filters and other things.」

「The privilege representative Ariz and her supervisor Stephanie where excellent and very accommodating, they made the stay amazing and want to come back」

「最高のハネムーンになりました！ また訪れたいです！」

「The staff unbelievably attentive to detail. Every restaurant excellent. Our favorite is the Blue Moon. Dress up. Pools fantastic. They have activities and music at one pool and the other pool is quite. Age group is mixed. Adult only. Rooms clean. Reasonably priced vacation. Drinks were very good when. You requested the better spirits」

「Staff was exceptional Spa was amazing Rooms was great .」

「Expensive for what you get; the facilities are not even new. Breakfast included, but 50,000 yen for two people for two nights is overpriced. The food isn’t particularly good either. I’ll never stay here again. This area doesn’t even have Uber, and taxi drivers try to rip you off. I’ll never visit again.」

「Absolutely felt like VIPs. Loved it so much we sent our daughter there for her honeymoon. They loved it too! Can’t wait to go back」

「I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully. Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...

「Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend.」
