"For the price this was one of our favourite all inclusive resorts. Very nice! The room was awesome, the food was great. The waterpark is amazing for kids, spent hours there. The beach was beautiful, one of the best I’ve seen! The only things I would change are: Room service. It took 2 hours one night I think they actually forgot about us completely. The restaurants close at 10… too early especially when you’re arriving late and your whole family is starving. The staff were decent but could have been more helpful or more enthusiastic. We tip well but it felt more expected than appreciated. No one wanted to go out of their way. It was tricky to get reservations. We went right away when we arrived and it was very booked up. We don’t have many options or flexibility on times for our family or 5. Loved that there’s a family side and adult side though. "

"This resort is very modern and Americanized, didn’t feel authentic Mexican. Beautifully designed with really great food. The buffet was amazing always had something new to discover. Did not like the wait times to get into the buffet or the order coffee from there little on site coffee shop. It was impossible to just go somewhere and help yourself to morning coffee. You had to wait to be sat then wait for the waiter to come over to your table (at the buffet) the train brings you around which helps since the resort is so big: the beach side pool is very sleek. Staff friendly. The gym is beautiful and nice tennis courts. Nightly live musicians were talented. I loved the smell in the lobby. "

"Property is clean. Staff is very nice and made the trip more pleasant. However, there is nothing to do at this hotel. The beach nearby is awful. I will definitely stay closer to Cancun next time and choose a resort with more activities and have a great beach. For me, this would be a good hotel for a one night stay but it’s too far from the airport to be that. So overall, not worth the money. Also, the sister properties aren’t any better. "

"I just love staying here. This was my third time, and i will come back again. Sad that there is no longer a hot tub, and normally it doesn't bother me that there is no working elevator because im a fit person and the stairs are good exercise. However, this time i got a large tattoo on my leg and wished there was an elevator haha The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything i need, staff is a 10/10 absolutely lovely people that id like to call my friends at this point. (Please reach out anytime! I'd love to stay in touch) Breakfast next door is really good and the wait staff is fantastic as well. Location is excellent, i can quickly walk to anything i need or want to see. I love this place. Its charming, homey, lovely. "

"We chose this hotel because Expedia gave us a great discount since we are gold members and it exceeded our expectations. It had everything that we needed for our stay and it is in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooftop is nice as well. A little bit small in terms of space/it gets busy, but not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend staying. "

"Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación , a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida , tiene estacionamiento seguro, las personas de recepción muy amables , el estado de el hotel como tal es muy antiguo ,es de dos plantas ,solo escalera , las habitaciones son grandes tienen aire acondicionado , no tiene nada lujos , es súper básico pero por mi experiencia no la pasamos mal "
