"The place was not compare to other places I’ve stayed in at Cancun. Staff wasn’t very helpful, Infact in some cases rude. Food wasn’t that good. However the wings outside were good. The a/c I do have to say in the room was great also. Not once did they approach us to ask if there’s anything they can do. No entertainment other than an old couple playing music. No water activity’s. Two beers in the refrigerator For the whole stay?"

"Haven Riviera Cancún is my favorite place to vacation. We’ve been to this property four times and twice with friends. I look forward to seeing the staff on each return visit. The Serenity Club is a must! You are well taken care of as if you’re family. I love that about Haven. The restaurants are ALL excellent and the bars and entertainment keep you wanting more. We never leave the property! We will always be returning home to Haven."
