"The staff is great! Louis and the day time activities team was amazing. The night time shows were very well done. And Sergio from the lobby bar and La Vista was like an old friend by the time we left. Everyone worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay so much fun."

"If you want a place to just sleep, then this is the place . But if you plan to eat here don’t ! The food is not good. I have stayed in many hotels in Cancun and all the hotels I’ve stayed in the pass were all wonderful. I was very very disappointed about the food very! Over all The hotel is pretty,clean very nice staff, but the food is a NOOO! I will not be coming back to this hotel. If im paying for an all inclusive hotel I expect the food to be good. We were a group of 5 and we were all disappointed!"
