"We stayed here in Nov and were hosted very well by the staff. especially Jennie. She is full of energy and her personality rubbed off on us. The hotel is in an excellent location and has great facilities. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. Wonderful view of Hanoi city. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is at a convenient location in old quarter. Easy walking to a lot of restaurants and sight seeing. The room is very small, barely has space to walk around and the windows are facing the busy street with a lot of noise even on the higher floor. Service is great but breakfast is nothing to desire "

"The staff were excellent—friendly, fluent in English, and always quick to assist with any request. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming balcony overlooking the streets of the Old Quarter that made us feel like locals right away. Breakfast had some hits and misses: the crepes were delicious and became our daily favorite, while other items, like the Danish pastries, could use improvement. My husband did experience some food sickness, possibly from the salami, though I was unaffected. Overall, despite the food needing some refinement, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming staff, comfortable room, and great location."
