"Friendly team, comfortable beds, spacious (but not huge) rooms. Great location and good value. Lower floors can be noisier (we stayed one night on 11th, one a few days later on 4th which was less good). Breakfast was good but not the best we've had in Vietnam."

Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. A pesar de estar en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama tamaño king era muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos servicios especiales según nuestras preferencias alimentarias y planes de viaje y actividades.
