"This property has it all! The rooms are clean and spacious, the views are amazing, the spa is wonderful, and the breakfast is superb. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I did not encounter any issues. The location is central to many attractions, such as, Train Street, The water puppet theatre, and Hoan Kiem Lake. Do not skip the breakfast! The variety and quality is absolutely top notch. The staff go above and beyond with service. Arrive early to get a table with a view of the lake. I will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "

"What stood up at La Siesta Ma May is always the excellent service. U will be greeted by your first name, served sincerely by all staff. I even witnessed the big boss receiving his guests at the lobby entrance! Great leadership and one who leads by example. My guest officer Ms Hăng came to welcome us despite working at another branch. Present guest officer took our feedback seriously and immediate action was executed. Super efficient and genuine. Must remember to know her name when i see her again. The room is spacious and spotless, and their breakfast is always delicious. Its such a joy to be staying at this hotel and the location is simply the best! We will definitely be back!"

"The room and facility was great. Our bathroom was huge for the area. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Quarter but not on the main busy street. One minor consideration, the bar on the adjacent street is loud until midnight. The breakfast was OK, good selection of Vietnamese and western food. Do note this is HN Old Quarter, everything is petite. "
