"They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! Wr really appreciated everything!"

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. "This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."
