The staff was super helpful. I was a solo traveler and they made sure I had a good itinerary and ensured my safety. Really went above and beyond. Very clean room. Great service. Good food for breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

The GM Premium hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarters, a bustling, dense area of Hanoi. As we made our way up the steps, three Bellmen quickly open the doors and grabbed our bags. They insisted we just sit down and take it easy. We were greeted by Tracey, a very professional and gracious host. She delivered some wonderfully refreshing drinks and snacks to have while she got us registered. Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and just what we needed. Tracey gave us her WhatsApp number so we could stay in touch with any needs or questions that might come up. This was very helpful. The included breakfast at the top of the hotel was wonderful, and the view was fantastic. All in all, if you’re looking for a great place to say in the Old Quarter, I highly recommend the GM Premium!

Whenever I visit Hanoi on business (which is often) this is the hotel I choose. The staff are exceptionally friendly and pay close attention to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable and they always go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! The manager and all entire team are the best in the city!
