From the moment we got there, staff ran out to make sure our bags were taken care of. They also gave us information as to where the best places to eat were. Not to mention, the Spa there was an amazing experience as well. I’d give them a 20 out of 10 rating!!! I would totally go back there again and highly recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in best location in Hanoi. If it is not too hot, you can do a lot just by walking! The hotel is very nice and comfortable, clean and the breakfast was also good. Now let us come to the best part of our stay: the staff. As europeans we are sadly not at all used to this kind of service and kindness. The staff was always super friendly and literally asked us EVERY DAY if everything was fine and if there is something they could do to improve our stay! Thank you so much for everything, we had a perfect time.

I was a bit skeptical of the 5 star reviews at first, but when I got to the hotel, I understood them. The whole hotel looks newer and very nice! It’s in a good location too. The staff was the best! Airport pickup was nice and direct, Louis at the front desk even upgraded our room for us for free! He also texted and let us know if we needed anything, he would help where he could. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet at the sky lounge was the cherry on top. They had everything you could want!! Overall, I will definitely be headed back next time I’m in Hanoi!

The GM Premium Hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, although you wouldn't know from inside as the rooms are very quiet. Although the foundations are old, the rooms are very tasteful decorated with all the expected modern touches, and for a very reasonable price compared to similar options nearby. The hotel and it's facilities are great, but the real stand out is the amazing staff who are all consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating whether it's checking in, having breakfast, or asking for help booking dining or activities. Grace at the front desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the stay for our anniversary was as pleasant as possible. Definitely recommend staying at GM Premium if you're going to be spending time exploring Hanoi and the old quarter!

Very spacious room in the heart of the Old Quarter easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf.
