Great hotel and service. Everyone works hard to accommodate and keep you happy. I was sick in bed with the stomach flu, and the staff brought me breakfast and whatever I needed from the local market. Located in the heart of Old Quarter and very convenient for everything.

This hotel was the highlight of my trip! All the staff amazing! The spa 10/10! The breakfast buffet was delicious! I would recommend this luxury hotel especially for solo travel. It’s is also walking distance to restaurants, shops, desserts, spas, and more. Please don’t miss this experience!

Very good location. Staff was very warm and always went the extra mile. Breakfast had a great spread of local and western cuisine. The interior room I booked earlier was quite small, you don’t get that on the pictures specially if staying with a kid. On request, my room was upgraded next day and that was wel designed and spacious. Overall very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Du Lac in Hanoi. Thomas, the hotel manager, was pleasant and accommodating and went out of his way to find us a tour guide. The staff were all friendly and can speak conversational English, which is a bonus. The hotel is located in the Old French Quarter which is near to the night market and some tourist attractions such as the famous train street and St. Joseph’s Cathedral. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want to make the most of your stay in Hanoi.
