The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. It’s also just a short Grab ride to most of the main attractions — very convenient. The property itself shows a bit of age, and breakfast is served at a nearby location. The food was okay. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Overall, a simple and convenient place to stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but has a slight smell not to my liking but overall this is great place to stay in the old quarter. You can walk to a lot of places including train street. Visit the nail salon at the end of The street and try her Salt coffee when you get your nails done it’s sooo good.

Our stay at the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The service was excellent — Angela, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She arranged our airport transfers, assisted us with our luggage, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, very central and within walking distance of major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. It’s also in a convenient area where most tour companies can easily pick you up. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Great Location- close to markets, lake & puppet theatre. The main asset is the lovely friendly staff who were so helpful - they helped with restaurant recommendations & directions. Beds were so comfy & the rooms are spacious.

The property was well situated within easy walk of old quarter and train street. It is on a side street so not too noisy with traffic, heard no noise from neighbours. The building smelled musty and old, but was clean. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Angela was helpful from the beginning. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything and had everything we needed. It is the old quarter so there is some age to the building, but the rooms are remodeled with new bathrooms, furniture, and all other basic amenities. Highly recommend this was perfect
