"The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right within the Old Quarter within easy reach of plenty of spots to eat/drink. The people within the hotel are helpful and easy to deal with. Breakfast is a couple of minutes walk away, and has a good selection that should be suitable for most. Hotel is a little tired and could do with some TLC. Rooms are on the smaller size. Good overall experience."

" I had a great experience staying here for a few nights. The room was tidy, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The hotel itself had a relaxing and peaceful environment. It was a perfect place to come back to after spending the day exploring the city. Everything felt clean and well organized. "Whilst the room was clean, the hotel had a funny smell to it. Our room had an internal window which looked out to a wall. When I asked about upgrading to a room with a window. I was shown a room which overlooked a dark dirty alley. This room smelt too! The staff were polite and professional but I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The area also was like “Benidorm on crack” during the weekends which was a shock when we arrived. 3 minutes after leaving our hotel my partner was offered weed, and after 7 minutes was offered coke and a woman! There is actually a weed bar across the road from the hotel too… Airport shuttle was fine leaving but on arrival due to the traffic the driver parked us 5 minutes away and we had to walk through the streets with our luggage. WiFi was good "
