"Clean facility with restaurant and convenience store on 1st floor. Rooms were clean, well maintained. I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. Bathrooms lack exhaust vent so after a shower all the steam has nowhere to go. I've seen bathroom exhaust vents in cheaper/older hotels in Vietnam. "I had a truly wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I loved having a little balcony to relax on. The rooftop bar was a great bonus, but what really made my stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend!"
