Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The staff in this hotel are excellent, so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to do anything to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was spacious, clean, and airy, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable and relaxing. I stayed at two different hotels in the Old Quarter, and I prefer this one. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient for exploring the walking areas. Despite being in such a central location, I sleep well here and don't hear any traffic noise—which is especially important when staying in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is good. I particularly enjoy the sweet rice, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese yogurt, which isn't too sweet. They also serve pho, which is a nice touch.
