Probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had here in Asia, the service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The staff in this hotel are excellent, so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to do anything to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip.
