"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "

"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
