First of, we we’re greeted by the staff courteously and assisted us with our luggage at the door. I never felt a warm welcome. I wish this is how hilton or bigger hotels treats their guest. Staffed are well mannered and professionals. Rooms are great and the breakfast alone is worth the price of the stay. I would definitely comeback to this hotel AAA+++

Excellent Stay & Great Service!! We had a fantastic stay at Golden Rooster Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day.What really stood out was the incredible staff. After returning from our Sapa trip, they even kindly upgraded our rooms as a welcome back gesture. Their hospitality made our return to Hanoi seamless and special. Highly recommend!

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. When asking to book a ride to the airport we were quoted two different prices so we ended up ordering a Grab ride, which worked out well for us. Overall, we would stay here again.
