"Had a great 4 day stay here. The breakfast was very good, the location is central, rooms are clean and spacious. What stood out the most to me however, is the staff. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of at multiple points throughout our stay here. Would recommend this hotel if you’re in Hanoi!"

"I stayed here and used this hotel as a base for my 3 months of adventures in and around Vietnam. They safely kept my luggage while I left on short adventures and it always felt like coming home here. The staff is fantastic!!! They’d see me coming back in a taxi, exhausted, and they’d run out and carry my luggage. I’m 70 and it was greatly appreciated. And the beds were always comfortable. Great location in Old Quarters!"
