The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. "Staff went beyond duty to make ur stay luxurious and comfortable. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and location is super central to everything. Night market, beer garden is right at the door but cant hear noise in the room. Loved it. Has a sister hotel (indochin Le major) 2 mins away which has amazing spa."

"Although we stayed at the hotel for only a short time, we received excellent service at the reception and in the dining room. They surprised my wife with a bouquet of flowers and a cake for her birthday. The breakfast was rich and delicious."
