The hotel is very clean and all the amenities are excellent. More importantly, the staff, the front desk and those at the canteen are very courteous and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is very excellent. Although they are fully booked, they accommodated our request for a late check-out. definitely will come back and highly recommend JM Marvel to my friends who will be visiting Hanoi.

Loved everything about this property so much so have booked it again for next year. Wonderful staff including Miss Chan who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with everything Hanoi has to offer. Very beautiful rooms ( had a balcony room) Nice roof top bar and plenty of variety at Breakfast.

We had 3 nights here and I was really happy. Firstly it was so lovely to have a hotel with a great mattress and pillows. The staff are all amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. It is always nice when the cook makes the eggs fresh. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

A wonderful stay in the heart of the Old Quarter. Location was perfect for exploring, and the restaurant was excellent. Most importantly, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond. A special thank you to Jason who was immensely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel at a very good location. Buffet breakfast was good and very not crowded. Had dinner at the hotel resturant and it was delicious. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Trang Nguyen for helping us and arranging a private car to Nihn Binh.

Everyone I encountered was exceptional-respectful, kind and happy. I love this place and will return. I asked the front desk Receptionist to send money to my Tailor and she did. She was very helpful. The breakfast buffet staff was also very caring. She said they had pho and brought it to our table after we ordered it. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was convenient to everywhere. The value was worth it!

I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of in all my traveling days!!! The staff is impeccable, and attention to details and made it even more special on my bday as they tried to surprise me in decorating the room.. I’m glad I rebooked with them when I got back from my ha long bay cruise! And the room was fully decked out in decoration and fruits with greetings! I was able to shower and get ready for my late night flight which was a great touch! The breakfast 10/10. I would have 2 bowls of pho every single time! I wish I can take them all home! I am so touched by their daily gestures! Celia made sure I was well taken care of and kept in touch via WhatsApp! She’s beautiful and welcoming! The location?— I could walk everywhere, so convenient! Will rebook over and over again!! Go JM!!

Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!
