We cannot say enough good things about the staff of the hotel. They were so kind and welcoming to us and really made our stay special. The day we left they packed us water and snacks for us and our friends (who stayed at another hotel) to have on our car ride. Highly recommend the Solaria Tesori!!!!

We absolutely love this hotel, the service was excellent from start to finish. They served us a welcome drink and dessert when we arrived and they gave us a lovely gift when we left which I've been using at home. The 2 rooms we booked were very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices. The location is excellent, we just walk pretty much around the old quarter area. I highly recommend this property.

We booked one more night to a different room #604 at almost 1/2 the cost of #405 room with no windows and tiny bathroom. Surprisingly #604 is much nicer with outside light window and larger funfional bathroom. Wish we had this room earlier for 4 nights.

Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi !

The room are very good size, modern layout, bathroom are good size too. The front desk staff Hannah is wonderful very pleasant and helpful. When we are leaving early morning and check out for our next destination, before the breakfast opening hours, she packed very nice breakfast for us to take on our long journey by road. We appreciated very much that kind of thoughtfulness. She even gave us souvenirs from the hotel, that surprised us. I would recommend you to stay at Solaria Tesori hotel to experience the 5 stars service and a comfortable stay in Hanoi

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. However, the room we got #405 was not great as there were no windows to see outdoor so no natural lights. The bathroom is tiny and can't close door behind you without moving out of the way, the shower is tiny also with smoke glass wall. The hotel is definitely not 4.5 star! More like a 3 star boutique hotel in very busy old quarter.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied.

Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant.
