"Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...

The hotel is located on a side street off of one of the main shopping streets in central Hanoi old quarter, so it is surprisingly quiet at night, yet only seconds from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was as advertised - modern, clean, very comfortable bed, decent shower. The hotel is maintained to a good standard and everything in our room worked as expected. The front desk staff were great...
