Awesome hotel stay. The employees were absolutely top notch. Quiet location from the Old Quarter. We stayed two separate occasions within the same week and experience two different views <3. Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed.

I had an incredible stay at the InterContinental Hanoi. The hotel is stunning, the food is top-notch, and the service is on another level. What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service. Every part of my stay — from the beautiful room to the amazing dining and attentive staff — was exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough!

The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip.

Really welcome staff and their passion for service. I really satisfied with the stay. It’s far from old quarter which is the disadvantage but overall satisfaction is high because of great services.
