Caroline is the front desk manager and I cannot praise her enough for the customer service she demonstrated to all of my group. We needed some money changed at very late notice and she had left her shift for the evening but was still willing tk come back from her home to change the money for us. A great hotel - worth staying

部屋の中が臭くて最後までなくならなかった。洗面台は排水ホースが外れていて水が床に漏れることがあった。 ホアンキエム湖に近く、レストランもたくさんあるのでロケーションは良いが設備・清潔さが悪いと感じました。セール価格で安かったから我慢したが、通常価格なら泊まりたくないと思う。
