"The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and very clean. There was a large LCD TV loaded with the common entertainment apps and a sofa fit for 2. The bathroom is modern with an electrically operated bidet. And important in cold weather, loads of hot water. We seldom saw the house keeping staff as we were usually out in the mornings, Nevertheless the rooms were always clean and tidy on our return. We had restful nights in this clean and quiet room. "I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Hanoi and overall it was a good experience for the price. The biggest plus is definitely the location — right in the Old Quarter, so it’s super easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, cafés, and pretty much everything. The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to assist whenever I had questions.
