「Such a good space and the communication between us and the host was so so good. I was very impressed. The shower water was warm and they had extra fans in the room too. We did the family room and had a queen size bed and two twin size. There’s also a coffee shop at the bottom that has very good croissants. They also had an option to pay for a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning which he was right on time even early waiting for us. I very much recommend this place!」

「The 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for myself and my sister. Located in Truc Bach, was a nice and quiet island that didn't get busy and was only a 10 minute grab to the tourist spots in the old quarter. Checkin was easy using translation apps as the security was pleasant but spokeno english, which is fine. Supermarkets and various coffee shops within 1 minute walk from apartment complex. 「Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

「We arrived at checkin time (2PM) and the security guard told us no way we would have a room at this place. He said it’s full and I should call the place. Funny thing is I did call them before checkin time to see if we can do an early check in and they did say they will look into it. 「Spacious apartment, sizeable bedrooms, very clean modern bathrooms. Poor tea and coffee amenities. Central location yet away from crowds. If checking in after 9pm they ask to leave passport with security. Not acceptable. 」
