「When I first checked in they put me in a room that was very substandard. I am mediately asked for something else and they did accommodate me.. So I moved to an another one of their properties and this room was much better with a beautiful large window overlooking the city on the ninth floor. The beds in both places were hard and much too firm for good sleeping. They also didn't tell me about the renovations going on right above the second apartment. All day long it was incredibly loud machinery...

「We arrived at checkin time (2PM) and the security guard told us no way we would have a room at this place. He said it’s full and I should call the place. Funny thing is I did call them before checkin time to see if we can do an early check in and they did say they will look into it. We called again and voila, they said some miraculous issue happened just now with their system and we were overbooked. They immediately offered to move us to another hotel, one we do not know what it’s like, and at a...
