「深夜の飛行機の為、それまでの時間滞在しました。まずチェックインした時ですがスタッフさんは英語が通じませんでした。またエレベーターが無いため4階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは非常に大変でした。他の部屋はガラガラでしたので、低層の部屋等でも空いてたら振り替えてもらいたかったと思います。」

「I am so lucky to know this accommodation. This accommodation is reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable, and is located in a very nice place from all the tourist attractions around. From laundry service to airport pick-up service, this accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. Best of all, it was nice to feel the host doing her best for the convenience of the guests. Recommendation!」

「Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. 」

「スタッフは英語を喋れるので問題なく会話できた。タオルは1回までは無料で交換できる。ベットの下に鍵付きのタンスがあり、とても使いやすく、トイレやシャワールームは綺麗だった。ロビーには24時間スタッフがいてチェックイン、アウトはいつでもできるのがよかった。」
