"Extremely helpful & friendly stuff. They helped us arrange the trip to Ha Long Bay, took care for our luggage during the trip. They offer airport shuttles. Breakfast was tasty (there are always hot meals available) and is served from early hours so you can eat before your trip. Hotel is close to tourist center. Rooms are fine."

Jimmy and Sulli are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Jimmy introduced me to all the points of interest on the map. He also introduced many quality tours at very good prices. Unfortunately, we had planned a long time in advance and had booked all the tours already."

The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites. "
