The hotel was lovely. The room was huge, quiet, with comfortable beds and well furnished. The breakfast was really lovely, as was the restaurant food. We loved the swimming pool and the snooker table. We enjoyed being away from the busy old quarter but within easy reach of it to visit for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel, everything was great.

Excellent place with a lot of space. Felt right at home. Area is nice too with lots of shops, food, and natural beauty. Family friendly and friendly for solo travelers like myself. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment in large complex with lots of facilities. The whole property is quite dated and feels a bit underloved but the pool was great and the room had everything we needed, including washing machine. Breakfast has plenty of selection but not a fancy buffet. Location is a bit out of the way compared to other westlake options, but grab still quick and easy.

If you have ever been to Hanoi, you would know how busy and noisy the city is. Staying at the Diamond Westlake Suites is the complete opposite. It is tranquil, and a very relaxing place to stay. The room was super large, with separate bedroom, and living area. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, electric cooker, rice maker, kettle, pans,cutlery, iron and ironing board The large free form swimming pool had three sections, one at 1.8m for swimmers, one roped off for non swimmers/toddlers etc, and a separate baby pool. There was towels supplied at the poolside, and sunbeds. There was also a lifeguard on duty. The grounds had a small children's play area, plus a golf driving range. There were hot or cold choices for breakfast, including eggs,bacon, sausages etc., which were supplied on request. All staff at the suites were welcoming,helpful and polite.The site also had its own security, which was reassuring. The area around the Suites location, had plenty of places to eat (Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese, Vegetarian). We had booked accommodation in the Old Quarter for the remainder of our stay in Hanoi, which we now regret, as we miss the Diamond Suites Westlake. The suites are only a £2.70, twenty minute Grab ride to the Old Quarter.

Very safe with guards at the entrance. Spacious rooms. Huge pool. Lots of amenities on site. Pickleball, badminton and squash courts. Golf driving range (into a net) and putting green. Great little store with everything you need. Restaurant was very good! I would definitely recommend this place.

Big apartment with 2 bedrooms , living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Washer included in unit. Large swimming pool and playground for kids. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. There are a few restaurants close by. Shuttle runs 3 or 4 times a day to different places near old quarter.

Peaceful, comfortable and grand in scale. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and many items cooked to order. It is a way from the Old / French quarters, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs 4 times a day and Grab fares to and fro are not excessive. Some good local dining options. Airport shuttle also recommended. We loved it!

Lovely big rooms with excellent pool and ground facilities for families. Food and drinks not a significant feature though it had excellent kitchen so you can do you own thing very easily. Some local shops and eating places which were affordable (like everywhere in Vietnam).
