「The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and very clean. There was a large LCD TV loaded with the common entertainment apps and a sofa fit for 2. The bathroom is modern with an electrically operated bidet. And important in cold weather, loads of hot water. We seldom saw the house keeping staff as we were usually out in the mornings, Nevertheless the rooms were always clean and tidy on our return. We had restful nights in this clean and quiet room. 「Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

「The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....
