"The front desk staff told me about a great pho restaurant, and when I went there, it was actually very good. He also gave us detailed information on where to exchange money at a good rate, tourist attractions, etc., and we had a very enjoyable stay! The welcome fruit upon arrival was also a nice touch. (2)I had booked a room with one bed due to a mistake, but they changed it to a twin room. I was very happy that I did not have to pay any additional fees. (3) The breakfast was beautiful to look at and very tasty. (4) The location is good and it is easy to explore the old town. It is also quiet and easy to spend time at night even though it is in the middle of the old town. (5)The room atmosphere was good and the air conditioning worked well, so it was easy to spend time there. "

"I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins"
