"Excellent location 5-7 minutes from Ho Hoan Lake in the old quarters. Small hotel with 5 star service,breakfast buffet was super good and the staff very service minded with good English skills.Easy check in/out,reception desk very friendly and helpful."

"Had an amazing 4nights stay here. Everything was exceptionally good. Room was spacious, clean and more importantly the friendly staff. Alex speaks good english and helped us to arrange our Halong Bay day tour and also the Trang An limousine transfer. Great service and location wise was superb! "The hotel was both cozy and elegant. It was traditional, with a European flare. The rooftop bar and hot tub was a great place to relax in the afternoon, that features a happy hour from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with half price cocktails. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant might be the best we’ve ever had, and the staff, especially Hoa and Trang were so good to us that we can’t wait to come back. I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days, and they went well out of their way to help me. They, as well as the front desk manager take excellent care of their guests, and really look out for you. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which is important to us when travelling. Not all rooms have a balcony, so be sure to request one if that is important to you."
