Beautiful hotel on the edge of Old Quarter so easy to reach. Rooms are a little small but offer a great city view. All staff throughout were very friendly and courteous. The spa was awesome. The rooftop bar is great and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. I sent compliments to the chef over the preparation of my salmon fillet. This is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Hanoi.

Location cannot be beat and the staff is very helpful. It is close to the old quarter and the lake but far enough so you can’t hear all the city noise. Note on the weekend there are live performances until 10:30ish so don’t expect to sleep early:
