This place was quiet at night, which, for Vietnam, is a big deal. It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!) Host was very accommodating and available.

My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The owner is the loveliest person ever, super responsive with great English skills. He answered all of our questions almost immediately and with very helpful information like how to get good conversion rates and a local gold shop. The apartment itself was very clean and got cleaned part way through our stay, but at no point did we worry about our belongings. The washing and drying service is free upstairs and available most of the time. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Home away from home!

Great location walking distance to the old quarter. The apartment itself is spacious and comfy. We used the laundry facilities which was brilliant for us as backpackers and it made a nice change to cook for once! The kitchen has quite basic amenities but it did the job just fine :) Good communication from the owner too.

Had a very comfortable stay at Zody House. The room was big with lots of amenities, and the staff, while not overly involved, was reachable to answer any questions we had, and they even called a taxi for us to the airport at the ned of our stay. The hotel is located not too far from the Old Quarter, so lots of opportunities for food and shopping. It is next door to the Ministry for Defence which was a little unnerving but we got used to it after a day or two! Overall would recommend.

一人で連泊するには充分な広さと設備が整った部屋でした。バルコニーからは防衛省が見えて治安も良く、夜は静かな場所です。エレベーターもあり、重たい荷物でも大丈夫です。スタッフは英語がはなせませんでしたが翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションは問題ありませんでした。ハノイに行った際はぜひリピートしたいです。

Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande.

아주 마음에 들었어요 원룸식으로 되어있고 깨끗하고 좋아요 프론트는 따로 없습니다 체크인 할때 1시30분 쯤 문열어요 처음에 일찍올때는 문 닫혀있어 깜짝 놀랬는데 만나고 나서 좋았어요 시내도 별 그리 멀지 않고

Empfehlenswerte, preiswerte Unterkunft!

Der Hausherr David ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zody House ist relativ zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig, wenn der Umbau im Nachbarhaus fertig ist. Das Frühstück muss selber gemacht werden. (Appartement mit allem, was dazugehört). Alles im Allen sehr empfehlenswert.

The place feels very safe. It's adjacent to a government ministry so there is security 24 hours nearby. It's what I was looking for, near to the old quarter but in a very quiet neighbourhood. perhaps a little daily cleaning service might help though...

매우좋은 아파트

최고의 아파트, 친절한 호스트와 스탭들, 청소를 도와주는 아주머니까지 다 친절하고 깨끗한 아파트였다. 사진과 똑같은 깨끗한내부와 여러가지 유용한 집기류 덕분에 매우 편안하고 좋은 여행이였다. 위치는 호안끼엠호수 에서 걸어서 10분정도 거리이나 그랩이나 택시등을 통해 편하게 다닐수있었고 바로근처가 국방부 등 건물로 인해 항상 경계근무중인 경찰들로 인해 매우 안전한곳이다 호스트는 자주연락을 통해 불편한건 없는지 더 필요한건 없는지 알아봐주고 스탭들은 여행에 도움이 될수있도록 여러가지 정보와 도움을 주었다. 지내는동안 벌래한마리 보지 못했고 빠른와이파이와 조용하고 성능좋은 에어컨으로 인해 아파트에서 지내는동안 부족한것이 없었다. 주방에 커다란 냉장고와 전자렌지 등 필요한것이 다 있어 편리했고 욕조나 세탁기 건조기 다리미등 장기간 머물면서 필요한것들이 다 있어 좋았다. 다음에 다시 하노이에 간다면 꼭 재방문 할 예정이다

Emplacement parfait proche du vieux quartier (15 minutes à pieds a peine), la rue du train est toute proche, par hasard c’est là que nous avons mangé le premier soir. Accueil agréable, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, eau tiède pour se doucher, mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant vu la chaleur à Hanoï ! Hôtel très bien tenu, très propre, une femme très gentille étend votre linge avant même que vous ne le fassiez ! L’ascenseur est apreciable. La rue est calme et vous n’entendez pas les Klaxons la nuit. N’hésitez pas à réserver votre transport pour ou depuis l’aeroport avec l’hotel !

一人旅できれいで広々としたコンドミニアム滞在

コンドミニアム型でフロントサービスはありません。どうやってチェックインするのかと不安になりましたが、ホテルズドットコムのリクエスト欄にチェックイン希望の時間を記入して送ると、メールが届きました。時間に合わせてスタッフが来て、1階のソファでチェックインとなりました。 スタッフは建物内に常駐しませんが、電話やメール・チャットなどの手段でいつでもスタッフに連絡がとれる環境が整っています。 一人旅には気をつかわずに部屋でのんびり＆比較的静かに滞在でき快適でした。 値段の割に広い部屋で、十分な広さのデスクがあり、Wifiもフロアごとに設定されていて非常に快適でした。 不満な点は、貴重品BOXがないことと、全3泊の間に清掃・タオル交換がなかったことです。 立地は徒歩10分ほどで飲食街があり特に困ることもありませんでした。タンロン遺跡も徒歩圏内です。
