The best part of this hotel are the staff who work here, they are incredibly passionate, kind and thoughtful! We loved chatting with them and appreciate all their help and the warm hospitality. "We had such an amazing stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The property was incredibly clean, not just in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. You could tell they take real pride in maintaining the space. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. They made us feel taken care of the entire time. The location was also perfect. It made getting around so easy and convenient, with everything we needed close by. It truly added to the overall experience. On our last morning, we weren’t able to book a Grab to the airport and started to get a little stressed. The staff immediately stepped in and arranged transportation for us without any hassle. They handled everything smoothly and reassured us so we didn’t have to worry at all. That level of care really meant a lot. Clean, attentive, perfectly located, and supported by an incredible team. They are the best, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Me and my Wife Rosy had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to move around and enjoy the area. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. The level of attention and kindness we received was simply outstanding. We would especially like to mention Rosie. We’re not sure if she is the manager or what her exact role is, but toward the end of our stay she took so much time with us, gave us a lovely souvenir, and even stood outside with us making sure our taxi arrived safely and saying by with his hands up to the end. That level of care is something you rarely see and we will never forget it. We also want to recognize Ana, who works in the buffet service area. Her attentiveness was remarkable. She remembered exactly what I liked for breakfast and would kindly ask if I wanted the same each morning. Such a great memory and such warm service. This hotel is not only a great place to stay because of its facilities and location, but because of the people who work there. They made our experience truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
