Very good and friendly service

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

Good location and very attentive staff

Sweet place to stay in old town. The other reviews don't lie, so don't really have much to add! We enjoyed how we were treated and the help and information we got. All staff members were absolutely great and welcoming. Only issue in the room was the safe being locked, so not possible to use, didnt ask to get it fixed either, as it felt more than safe here!! Thanks for having us, we would love to stay again!

Wonderful hotel and staff make you feel at home

Our stay at the Golden Rooster was fantastic. The staff especially Emma was so attentive and really makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel!
