The location of this flat is fantastic!!PROS:- It is a 10 minute walk to the Paddington Station & a 5 minute walk to the 2 Edgware Stations. We could get to most places in London with just 1 tube ride. - There is a Tesco Express & a Super Drug 1 block away to pick up things as well as many restaurants in the area. Both a Greggs and a Pret a Manger also a block away for morning coffee & sausage roll on the way to the tube.- The communication with the management company was great. Someone met us at the flat for a tour & to hand over the keys. In addition, we came home on Saturday night at 9:30 PM to no hot water, we emailed them thru VRBO & they had a plumber there by 10:05 who promptly fixed the issue. We greatly appreciated that.- We used the living room as a 3rd bedroom, so for 3 people we all had our own bedroom & ensuite bathroom - which was wonderful.- The kitchen & washer/dryer was nice and well equipped.CONS:- Lots of stairs. The flat is on the second & third floor. Floor 2 has one bedroom/bath & kitchen. Floor 3 has another bedroom/bath & the living room & bath. You also have to step up to get into the bathrooms from the bedrooms.- The street is noisier than we thought it would be. There is a pub downstairs that is open until 11:30 each night. On Fridays & Saturdays they have a DJ and the music is pumping. In addition, there are outside tables that people sit at and can get loud. Bring earplugs and a white noise app and to help.
