Hôtel was very accommodating with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Best part was the amazing breakfast that is included. We had the buffet breakfast next door. So delicious!! Would book my stay here again.

Yelina who checked me in was the nicest and kindest . Perfect location for those who like east London / Shoreditch area and very convenient with the public transportation since it next to Liverpool Street station. Room was VERY specious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

Fabulous hotel

We had a wonderful stay in this character-filled hotel. Everything is as you would expect in a five start hotel. The decor was extremely tasteful and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent stay at the Andaz

We stayed for 1 night in London to celebrate my husband's birthday and picked this hotel due to it's excellent reviews. It was an amazing hotel, we enjoyed a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Location is perfect, right near Liverpool Street Station. We were welcomed on arrival with a complimentary drink, as we waited a short while for our room to be prepared. Room was specular, very spacious with modern interiors, so quiet as well. My husband even received a complimentary bottle of fizz and birthday greeting from the hotel - so thoughtful! Thank you Andaz London for such a memorable experience - we will certainly be back!

My host Sam was wonderful. However, from the moment I checked in, there were a number of mistakes like how I’m celebrating an anniversary when I’m not, and how I requested to have a baby cot in my room when I didn’t. Sam took the initiative to confirm those details with me and that’s when I told him that I did not make those requests. I thought it was well noted, however when I left my room for about 15 mins to step out to buy something, I returned and there was a baby cot in my room. Staff had entered my room without permission and placed the baby cot in there. I immediately called reception to have it removed. The next morning, a cleaner entered my room without any warning when I was partially undressed. She apologised immediately and said that the staff told her that the room was empty. This stay at Andaz was a big letdown, unfortunately.

Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too.

Lovely hotel just service needs improving

Lovely hotel, just check in was poor, room wasn’t ready even though it was past 3 - took another hour - they said they would email when ready and they didn’t - we needed to rush to get ready then
