The hotel is very conveniently located at the airport which makes life very easy. The room had no windows and it looked like a closet. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant place but the price is too high for what you get.

It was so convenient to walk to the hotel from my gate. Last time I spent the night at LHR it was a 50 pound taxi ride to get to the hotel that was less than 2 miles from the airport and I had to wait in a queue to get there. The rooms are small but there is plenty of room for sleeping, storing luggage, showering and watching TV or reading. There is also a nice lounge with free tea, coffee, and places to hang out and read, work or watch Tv. I would definitely stay there again!

For US travelers, the room feels “small” but it’s exactly what I expected based on description and photos. Actually, nicer than I expected! Easy online booking, easy check-in, quiet hotel (despite being at the airport and fully booked), plenty of towels & supplies, and comfortable beds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
