I encountered both kind and not-so-friendly staff during my stay.
英語が聞き取れなくて「sorry?」と聞き返したら面倒そうな反応された。悲しかった。
でもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれるスタッフもいた。とても安心した。雨が降るから傘を持っていくといいよとアドバイスをくれた。親切だった。
When I said “Sorry?” because I couldn’t understand English well, one of the staff reacted as if it was troublesome. That made me feel sad. But there were also some friendly staff members who talked to me kindly, which made me feel very relieved. One of them even gave me kind advice, saying I should take an umbrella because it was going to rain. I appreciated their kindness.
ホテルの部屋の広さは日本の都内のビジネスホテルくらいなので、狭いと思う人もいるかもしれないが、私にとっては十分だったし、部屋のデザインが可愛くて快適だった。

The room was about the same size as a typical business hotel room in central Tokyo, so some people might find it small. But for me, it was enough. The room was nicely designed, cute, and comfortable.
There were blackout curtains, but no sheer (lace) curtains.
