Gorgeous hotel, fantastic location for Theatre. Walked everywhere all weekend, Chinatown, Soho, loads of choice nearby for food and drinks. Lovely personal complimentary gift in room for special occasion. The most comfy bed too!

We loved this place. It was our first trip to London and we couldn’t have found a better location from which to explore London. We loved the “Living Room” with free water bottles, coffee and tea and lovely space to relax. The free onsite laundry was great! Would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to London.

We arrived early. They offered to store our luggage until our room was ready. They also allowed us to use the hospitality room while we waited with free water and coffee. When we needed directions or anything. The staff was wonderful and gave us great information.
