A very basic hotel. It was nice though. The location is quite good… not too far from the Piccadilly line which takes you to and from the airport. Nice looking restaurants on the street close by, though I didn’t get to try them.

This hotel was useful for it's location which was centrally located between both hammersmith and shepherd's bush tube stations. Beds were as. you would expect for a budget hotel option, however, beware if your room is on the first floor there will be constant noise from other guests, the front door, and the floors upstairs. There is also no central air in the room so it can get a bit hot. The hotel/room was good for the 4-days we needed it for. The staff were very wonderful, friendly, and helpful though!

Convenient. Bathroom was great. Beds a bit basic. The cleaner forgot to replace our towels one day and that was super annoying having nothing to dry with! Supermarket a few steps away. Dining options close by. Big Westfield up the road. Reception lady was super helpful but not there 24/7. Would use it again.

The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!

A small, comfortable, clean hotel with very nice staff. It was in a nice area and close to the tube. I would definitely recommend it, especially as the price is good for London. It is also close to places to eat and drink.

Very nice - albeit fairly small (not unusual for London!) - room with modern and clean bathroom. The hotel itself is well positioned near bars, restaurants, local shops and a 10-15 minute walk to Hammersmith underground and bus stations.

Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean.
