"We enjoyed our one night stay here. We had just a few hours to explore London so we chose to stay right in the center of everything. Zedwell was a great option. Piccadilly is a busy and loud place and Zedwell was a nice peaceful shift from that while being right in the middle of it all. You can’t beat the location hands down. They checked our bags until check in time for $15/bag, which was well worth it since we were short on time to explore we got to maximize it that way. There are no windows...

"The entire property seems updated. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The complimentary products in the bathroom were luxurious. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and didn’t feel crowded. Room was quiet and air conditioning worked great!"

"Just as good as when I stayed there several times some years ago for work purposes, not leisure. TV timer was an hour fast, disturbing at first. The bar lacked a choice of malt whiskies so lost a sale. Good that at breakfast one was taken to an empty table rather than having to look for one oneself. Vegetarian eating catered for. Good location near a tube station but my room was on a noisy main road."

"Maintenance was not prompt. AC was not working in the room. We reported at 6 PM but it was not fixed and we called again at 11PM and they told us the maintenance people have left for the day. We did not have AC for rest of our stay. "

"This hotel was so modern and high tech. The rooms and reception area were very clean. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly! It also is very conveniently located near the London Eye and from my room I had views of the river. There are many black cars at the entrance but also the option for the bus across the street and the metro about 5 minutes way."

"Lovely place, great facilities, small bathrooms. Its cozy in a fanastic are however it is quite loud due to the trains running near by. The biggest issue was the window only opened very litte so the room got quite hot but the window was locked without a key despite it being open meaning i couldn't shut out the noise. All in all a great 8/10."
